FAQ
Q
Precautions for using LED Displays
A
a). The LED Display should rest for at least 2 hours per day. As for the outdoor large display screen, it is not recommended to use at noon time in summer. Generally, turn on the LED Display at least twice a week and power on for at least 2 hours each time.
b). It is better not to keep the Display running in full white and 100% brightness for long time, so as to avoid that excessive current overheat the power line, then damage the diode and impact the lifespan.
c). Please use banister brush to wipe gently to clean the LED module surface. Do not use any liquid material to rinse the LED module surface. Water, iron powder, iron scrap and other conductive substances are strictly prohibited from entering the Display.

Q
What to do if the LED Display is affected with damp?
A
a). Check the circuit and the switch of the LED Display, keep the switch dry to avoid electric leakage and shock accidents.
b). Use the air conditioner to dehumidify the LED Display and place desiccant and use methods of physical moisture absorption to keep the LED Display dry and protect the Display from moisture.
c). Appropriate ventilation can evaporate the moisture attached to the LED Display quickly, and reduce the indoor humidity.
