InfoComm China 2019, the largest and most influential audio-visual event was held between July 17 and 19 at China National Convention Center. Many future-oriented innovative audio-video integrated solutions were revealed at the event.

 We provided an audiovisual feast with full range of upgraded products and solutions based on technology and creativity. Our products and solutions firstly displayed in “LED intelligent display”, “command center integrated application solution”, “VR host”, “AR immersive panoramic simulation system”, “integrated conferencing machine” and “transparent LCD display” areas attracted and surprised the audience.

0.6mm pixel pitch Micro LED making its debut in China stunned the audience

The most eye-catching exhibit at the show is our independently developed Micro LED TWS006. This new product is firstly exhibited in China after the InfoComm in North America.

 Built on our unique 4-in-1 Micro LED display, Micro LED TWS006 reduces pixel size to 1.08mm*0.95mm, the minimum pixel pitch among commercial available display products. Unlike traditional die and wire bond, our Micro LED uses mass transfer technology to perform electrical connection, package, test, cutting and binning for better full screen color consistency. While the pick and place technology widely used in the industry transfers 10,000 to 25,000 pieces of LED die per hour, our Micro LED transfers 50 dies per second, i.e. 180,000 dies per hour, with high success rate and controllable cost. Compared to traditional small pitch display, our micro LED display features 25% higher full screen contrast, better light uniformity, less dazzling light produced while watching, easier to integrate with touch display technology and much wider applications.

 In addition to TWS006, we also exhibited displays with 0.7mm and 0.9mm pixel pitch, highlighting our forward-looking vision and technical strength in LED intelligent display.

Multi-field comprehensive application solution; 12K-resolution-based stunning picture quality

As command center today requires display system to display richer content, equipment deployment becomes increasingly complex. To better adapt to industry development and enhance LED display, we have independently developed a full ecological hardware and software platform including signal control, image processing, content display and environment control for LED display system and developed a comprehensive application solution that combines integrated control platform, Leadshow integrated broadcast and control platform, Leadshow center control platform, big data visualization platform, Leadshow reporting platform, 3D visualization platform and is widely used in many fields and industries.

 At the exhibition, our 0.9mm micro-pitch, self-illuminous and seamlessly spliced LED display created the perfect effect of the big data visualization platform command center. Visitors stopped and saw screen images of excellent quality based on 12K resolution.

 It’s worth noting that our TWS009 obtained the world's first low blue light certificate for LED display in 2018. Now the product has been widely used in transportation, power, energy, military, security, education and other dispatching command and control centers.

135-inch LED ultra-thin integrated conferencing machine enables borderless interaction

We have been expanding our presence into commercial and household intelligent display markets in recent years. Some intelligent display bestsellers also received a lot of attention and praise at the exhibition. Exhibits in the area included 100-inch integrated LCD conferencing machine, 135-inch ultra-thin integrated conferencing machine, 86-inch integrated capacitive machine, transparent screen and 3D splicing display products and solutions.

 Our AR immersive panoramic simulation system integrates high technologies including multi-angle three-dimensional splicing, infrared tracking and positioning, real-time 3D PBR, multi-channel rendering and synchronous display, provides participants with interactive and immersive technological and cultural experiences, and gives audience a feeling of actually being there. The system is widely used in traditional media, new media demonstration and creative space, film and television shooting, cultural tourism and exhibition.
