Recently, Leyard P0.9 Micro LED movie screen (3.8m (L) x 2m (H)) has been DCI certified, becoming the first certified cinema-level Micro LED product in the world. This certification gets the company in technology and product terms for entering the household appliance market.

DCI, standing for Digital Cinema Initiatives, LLC, is the developer of internationally recognized digital cinema system certification specification. Digital film systems and products are not allowed to enter the cinema market until they pass DCI certification. After DCI certification for LG LED Cinema (p3.3mm, 4K) jointly developed by the company and LG in November 2019, our proprietary LED movie screen was DCI certified in October 2022. These help us leverage our strength in technology to launch LED movies screen of all sizes and pixel pitches with worldwide coverage and bring LED movie screens into digital theaters at an accelerated pace.

Employing flip chip and package, the certified Micro LED movie screen reaches film industry level in terms of optical parameters such as color accuracy, contrast, and picture uniformity. It is integrated with the cinema playback system to enable DCP, the standard digital cinema format. With a useful life of 100,000 hours, inorganic self-luminescence powered movie screen creates a consistent viewing experience and complies with the stricter requirements of professional projection market.

Leyard series Micro LED movie screens deliver immersive viewing experience whilst providing differentiated and diversified cinema level display products and solutions. Featuring spliced housing and modular transport and installation, this user-friendly series is applicable to private video room, living room, VIP hall at commercial cinema and other scenarios.
